Why did you join Saving Mothers?
I wanted to find a way to support my community by helping to lower the maternal mortality rate. I wanted to help save the lives of mothers and their babies

What has been the most life-changing experience for you in working for Saving Mothers?
It has been life changing, and has made me very happy, to be able to help women in my community with their prenatal care. I love being able to offer advice and answer questions and doubts that pregnant women might have. As an educator I am surprised as to how much I am learning from my students. It is very exciting to meet women from other communities and travel to those communities to provide prenatal care. The more exposure I have to patients the better teacher I become.
How have you changed since first working for Saving Mothers?
I have changed tremendously since working for Saving Mothers! Not only have I learned very important things related to the health of women and their babies but I have grown as a woman. I am so grateful to Saving Mothers.
What do you do in your free time?
I enjoy reading and watching YouTube videos on births and C-sections

¿Cuál ha sido la experiencia más cambiante para usted en trabajar para Salvando Madres?
Ha cambiado mi vida, y me ha hecho muy feliz, poder ayudar a las mujeres de mi comunidad con su cuidado prenatal. Me encanta poder ofrecer consejos y responder preguntas y dudas que las mujeres embarazadas podrían tener. Como educadora me sorprende lo mucho que estoy aprendiendo de mis estudiantes. Es muy emocionante conocer a mujeres de otras comunidades y viajar a esas comunidades para brindar atención prenatal. Cuanto más exposición tengo a los pacientes mejor maestro me convierto.
¿Cómo has cambiado desde que trabajaste por Salvando Madres?
¡He cambiado muchísimo desde que trabajo para Salvando Madres! No sólo he aprendido cosas muy importantes relacionadas con la salud de las mujeres y sus bebés, pero he crecido como mujer. Estoy muy agradecido a Salvando Madres.

Disfruto leyendo y viendo videos de YouTube sobre nacimientos y cesareas
